Now come on the  Pdf, swf & images.

• The text which is in images is invisible to search engine.
• Always use Text in Heading inspite of images.
• Flash file and images is just use for adding the beauty for sites
• All these thing are Search Engine unfriendly.

When ever we search these on web we rarely get these thing in top 100 resulet of Search engine.

So  if u  want to rank well then use plain text inspite of Swf, images and Pdf.
Now move to the second Component
Frame, Iframe & Popups
Same thing happen with Frame, Iframe & Popups these also not indexed by search engine properly
Mainly two problem occures here

1. Files with frames with Are often orphaned.
2. Each frame or popups page reduce nicely optimized pages.

About Url's url must be simple and heirarchy of directory and files must be simple.

Title tags 

• it is the second most important from SEO prospective.
• So always use proper title tag. There is no use of grammar in Title tag but The first letter must be capital.
• Many site title tags begin with the site name .... never do this.
• Dont use 100 of character tiltle tags.

Meta tags
In meta tags we use those info which is written for machin not for the people like ... google analytic verfying script etc . STORED IN THE HEAD SECTION
